Living room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet on the ground floor, two bedrooms upstairs. Equipment: air conditioning, cable TV, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oil radiator (for cooler days), kitchen equipment, cot with fall protection. There is a 30 square meter terrace behind the house, a 13 square meter terrace in front of the house, and a larger terrace next to the pool. Dining sets, umbrellas, and sunbeds were placed on the terraces. There is a wooden bicycle shed in the garden. The Balaton cycle path passes two streets away. Parking for one car has been created in the garden and in front of the gate. Club Aliga beach, restaurants are a 10-minute walk away, a small shop is a 15-minute walk away.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
The booking period is from Saturday to Saturday (arrival on Saturday from 2 p.m., departure on Saturday until 10 a.m.), however, it is also possible to book at least 3 nights within this interval.

PAYMENT TERMS:
Your reservation will be valid if you transfer 5 calendar days to the provider's account
25% reservation/advance within days - this is charged from the total value of the reservation
to be calculated (except for the deposit and tourist tax).
And the balance within 30 calendar days before the stay
it is necessary to transfer to the service provider's bank account (except for the deposit and
tourist tax - these items must always be paid on site and in cash
pay).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The following cancellation conditions apply to the already ordered service
can be waived with the understanding that:
– cancellation 30 calendar days before the arrival date: the amount paid
100% will be returned,
- cancellation within 30-15 calendar days before the arrival date: the paid
50% of the amount will be liquidated.
– cancellation within 14 calendar days before the day of arrival: the amount paid
100% will be charged, no refund.

DEPOSIT PAYMENT:
Upon arrival, we ask for a deposit of €100 / HUF 40,000, which will be paid at the end of the holiday
we will return it when the house is taken back.

TOURIST TAX:
In Balatonvilágos, the tourist tax (IFA) from 01.01.2023 is HUF 450/person/night (free for our guests under 18).
